Cleaning the neighbourhood: How the EU can scrub out bad energy policy

CER has now published our policy brief on what the EU should do to discourage coal and increase energy efficiency and renewable energy in Serbia, Montenegro, Ukraine and Turkey. We argue that the EU should not buy electricity from countries with highly-polluting coal power stations, and should instead support efficiency and clean energy in these countries.
